Fun & Flow
We will engage in movement through yoga postures and games. Your child will also learn relaxation and breathing techniques for emotional regulation and balance. Space is limited to 4 participants.
Private Kids Yoga & Mindfulness Session
These engaging and interactive Kids Yoga privates are for children between the ages of 18 months and 18 years. You can also pair up with a friend or two! Through movement, breathing and guided relaxation, your child will improve both concentration and confidence.
Yoga in Schools
Are you a parent or teacher looking to bring yoga to your school? I offer yoga sessions to students during school hours and for before or after-school clubs. Let's talk!
About Me
Grounded, gentle and child-centered.
I have spent the past 6 years inspiring kids in health and wellness as a Nutrition Instructor in primary schools in the U.S. I am a certified Kids Yoga Instructor through Calm for Kids. Having practiced yoga for over 15 years, I am skilled and inspired to share the gift of yoga with your child. I believe in meeting each child where they are at in their journey of self-discovery. Together, we will explore the power of linking breath and movement for fun, focus and balance.
